Empty Stare

He drive and drive. Both hands on the steering wheel, one foot pressing the gas. The car accelerates in the middle of night, crossing the empty and long highway, without a specific destination to go. What’s there to life besides getting married, have kids, get a job, pursuing your studies, do good deeds, grow old. Is that all? What if there’s more?

“There’s more.” a voice whispered from the background.

A still body figure with two brown cold eyes, seated at the driver’s seat. His mind wander somewhere else. Wandering through the night, in a search of life’s greatest treasure.
